1-year warranty on frames.
14 days - return period on lenses and frames.
Post the return period – 1-year unconditional warranty is applicable on frames (can be replaced once).

Frames: Can be returned within 14 days.
1-year unconditional warranty (can be replaced free of charge).

Lenses:
Can be returned within 14 days only if there is a manufacturing defect.
No warranty on lenses.

Exchange/refunds:
Exchange: There is currently no provision for the exchange of products brought through our website. However, you may place a new order post a successful refund request, once the amount has been credited back to your account.

Refund: Within 14-days post receipt. Applicable to all frames. Lenses can be returned only if there are manufacturing defects. The customer is held liable for any damage that may happen in transit.

Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy:
20|20Eyecare products purchased from the Platform can either be returned or be eligible for a refund, provided that the following conditions are met:
• The request for return, refund, or exchange should be initiated within 14 (fourteen) days of the receipt of the product. Once the Product is returned, the product will be inspected for any post-delivery damage by our quality control team, and the decision taken by the team for your request will be final.
• In the unlikely event, that the Product received is incorrect then the customer shall request either a return or a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the Product for the request to be considered.
• The order ID, date of order, and date of receipt must be mentioned.
• The Product should not have been used and all accessories, embedments, and components must remain intact, in their unused original condition, and must be returned in their original box, with the guarantee card, invoice, and any other extras and/or complimentary products.
• Ensure that the product to be returned is securely packed and sent to the Company as the customer will be held liable for any damages caused during transit.

• There is currently no provision for the exchange of products brought through our website. However, you may place a new order post a successful refund request.
• Same day delivery is applicable across select stores and products.
Customers will have a period of 14 (fourteen) days to confirm the decision to Us. If there is no further communication from the customer within this period then the opportunity to obtain a refund, or return will lapse. The refunds or exchanges are processed within [15] (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the product to 2020Eyecare at its warehouse. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion to, accept or reject any request for a refund or return made by the customer.

3. Warranty
20|20Eyecare provides a 1 (one) year limited, non-transferrable warranty from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) for Spectacle frames. During the Warranty Period, 20|20Eyecare will, at its sole discretion, replace the frame or provide a refund for any manufacturing defects.
Warranties are solely for the benefit of the end customer. 20|20Eyecare warranty does not cover any kind of colour fading or peel off, breakage, scratches, or damages caused by abuse, accident, mishandling, negligence, tampering, or improper storage of the Product, modifications or repairs by any third party and normal wear and tear.

4. Warranty Conditions
• This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the Warranty Period.
• The decision of the 20|20Eyecare on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
• The warranty covers only manufacturing defects of frames (colour, coating, logo peeling, and any cracks on the frames, frame hinges, and nose pads)
• 20|20Eyecare will, in no event, be held liable or obligated for the payments or refund of any consequential or incidental damages.
• Post receipt of the product at the warehouse, a minimum of 14 (fourteen) business days is required for a replacement.
